Products can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
Products can be returned as long as they are in their original and unused condition.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. This includes any duties, taxes, and fees for international orders.
Refund amounts will be for the cost of the products returned to us. Any shipping and handling costs paid to WindowCoveringParts.com are non-refundable.
If you received your order and the products were damaged, missing, or defective, contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order. We appreciate the opportunity to correct your order.
